The Common Problem With Nutrition
Over the past few years, I've had the pleasure of working with lots of hardworking clients from all walks of life, from housewives to busy executives to physique competitors.
And virtually without fail, all of these clients came to me with one common problem: their diets were broken.
Now maybe not broken in the sense they were eating nachos and beer every day, but broken in how they viewed food.
In their minds, healthy food = bland, boring and tasteless.
Getting and staying lean therefore meant having to sacrifice any and all of life's culinary pleasures.
Only one problem... it doesn't have to be that way!
In fact, altering your body composition can be tasty, simple and provide great results! After much time in the kitchen, and even more time online I've created quite the database of recipes. Meals of all sorts can be worked into your results, things like pizza, curries, peanut butter and fajitas... you just need to know how to plan!
