This website, my training style, is about YOU. Your body, your style, your life and your goals. We’re truly all different and thus we have different paths to smash our goals. My mission is to help you achieve those goals. Be they strength, endurance, body composition, health or happiness- seriously, anything goes.
There’s so much I could tell you about myself (I could rant about my chocolate addiction for days!) but I’ll stick with the basics!
I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Nutrition Coach, chronic foodie (and certified nutrition coach) and mama to two beautiful little girls!
Seriously, they’re cute right??
For the past decade I was also a Certified Advanced Pole Dance Instructor and thus I believe that life is far more fun upside down ?
What seems like ages ago, I was a restaurant manager, smoker and fast food junkie. In the last seven years my life has literally done a crazy flip, but you can read more about my journey to health here.
Now-a-days I am a fitness and health nut. No seriously, I’m one of those people… and I’m okay with that! To share my passion of healthy living, at home quick workouts and healthy recipes, I also run the website Fitasamamabear.com so check that out if you get the chance! I post a ton of tips on how to stay fit, active and healthy as a crazy busy mom.
But back to the task at hand: I’m here to help you!
I’ve been coaching for almost ten years now (well if that doesn’t sound insane) and I still love it. Somehow, I’ve managed to train people from all walks of life (kidney transplant patients, figure competitors, busy moms, tough mudder enthusiasts and more) which has made my training career rather fun to be honest.
So really, I can help.
But I’m not your average trainer.
There was a time when I truly believed in the all or nothing rule. But the truth is, there is so much more to LIFE. Instead, I’ve learned that…
- There is no one style of workout that suits everyone. Try new ones, find one you love and rock it. There are lots of different paths to take to improve your fitness level.
- Just because you have goals doesn’t mean your food needs to suck. Focus on quality and the rest normally falls in line. But seriously, enjoy your damn food (I post all my tasty delicious recipes over on my health blog so if you need some inspiration check it out)
- You need to adapt. Sometimes you’ll have great weeks and sometimes you won’t ß this is normal and okay! Find systems that work for you and you only
- Everyone is different. What works for you probably won’t work for someone else. So, let’s work together to see how we can rock your goals in your way.

If you’re local based (London, Ontario) I offer in person training sessions (a wide variety f them actually!) but if not, no biggie! I also offer online coaching if you think it’s your thing.
My Studio
A few years back my hubby took pity on me (and my ever-floating barbell..) and gutted one floor of our house to put in a training studio (yup, I’m spoiled!).
This is truly my favorite room in the house!
It also means that it is completely private. I offer only one on one or small group (two of you!) training sessions by appointment only.
So, if you’re not a fan of the gym (it can be intimidating in there!) or you just prefer a more quiet environment, I’ve got you covered. You literally don’t even have to see another person during your workout – except me… but don’t worry, I’m pretty cool 😀
