I’m no stranger to goals. But it’s taken me a long time to realize that there are so many more goals than how you look!
Don’t get me wrong, I can be just as vain as the next person and truly believe that you should feel confident in your own skin.
But strength, performance, fun, playing with kids, energy… the list goes on.

I’m located here in London, Ontario.
A few years ago, my hubby spoiled me rotten and gutted one floor of our house to put in a training studio for me.
Not only does this mean I have everything we could possibly need for a butt kicking workout, but it also means that my training sessions are completely private. You don’t have to see anyone, deal with idle chit chat and truth be told you can show in your pajamas if you really want (I’m a mom.. I have TOTALLY worked out in my pajamas!).
A few things I believe in…
Principles of Progression
I believe in the principals of progression. Basically, this means that you can’t run before you can walk. You won’t doing anything big until both of us feel that you’re ready. I think that everyone needs to start from the ground up in order to achieve the best results- no cheating here!
Quality Instruction
I value quality instruction. There are a zillion “programs” out there written by people with no functional knowledge who simply use the “it worked for me so why not you” approach.
This drives me bananas.
Since we’re not all robots but individuals what works for me probably won’t work for you. Instead, I believe that we should all seek out instructors who understand muscular imbalances, strengths, weaknesses, injuries whatever have you and can cater to those things.
Well-Rounded Approach
I believe a well-rounded approach works best. Sure, you can do lots of sit-ups and claim it will get you abs. But when you’re looking for specific results, often more resources are needed. I try to look at the bigger picture when I can.
Random Facts
I rant. A lot. I assume you’ll come to expect it- all my other clients do. But the truth is, I rant because I care. Seriously. Activity in the world today frightens me because we seem to be all over the place. So here’s my advice: find something you love and do it. I did.
Due to two little munchkins, I only take a limited amount of clients at once. If you’re interested in training with me, head over and fill out the client application and let’s get the ball rolling!
I also understand that sometimes, training multiple times per week isn’t always feasible. Which is fine! Once per week, once per month or sporadically when you just want a good sweat session- it all works.
