MY CLIENTS LOVE MY COACHING METHODS BECAUSE IT PROVIDES THEM WITH RESULTS…AND THEY STILL GET TO ENJOY FOOD
I realize this may sound like a typical “I lost x pounds and still ate cake ad”. But the truth is, I have tried what seems like every diet possible. I’ve calorie counted, restricted, eliminated and more.
For a long time, I was very pro meal-plan. I coached figure competitors and for that one day, there’s not a lot of wiggle room.
Now-a-days I prefer to coach every day people. People who need some help getting started, who are confused about what to eat for their goals, people who are busy and stressed and more.
What I’ve found through all of my trials is that restriction sucks. It can be effective short term, but outside of that, it sucks.
Our bodies respond best to eating real food most of the time.
While eliminating all bread will definitely help you lose weight initially, are you never going to eat a sandwhich again?? Really?!
Instead, I prefer to work WITH you to come up with a system where you don’t hate life 😛 … and that system looks a bit different for everyone.
Whether you learn best from making small changes one at a time, or you prefer to take out the thinking and just follow – I can help! Psst… check out one of my favorite transformations below. Physical? Yes. But read this blog post to learn more about how she changed mentally and overcame some of her biggest challenges!
Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with lots of hardworking clients from all walks of life, from housewives to busy executives to physique competitors.
And virtually without fail, all of these clients came to me with one common problems:their diets were broken.
In their minds, healthy food = bland, boring and tasteless.
To them, and to most people, eating to improve health or change body composition meant having to sacrifice and any all of life’s deliciousness.
But it doesn’t have to work that way and I certainly don’t eat that way. You can head to my other website (fitasamamabear.com) to see exactly what kind of food I DO eat on the regular. But I promise, it’s not all chicken and broccoli!
Keep in mind though that with online nutritional coaching, you’re going to have to do some work.
I’m not there to cook your meals or force food in your mouth.
I am here to provide you guidance, ideas and support for when you’re struggling.
The Credos Of Nutrition
You Can’t Out-train A Bad Diet
If your goals are body composition, it’s rare that you can out train a bad diet. Exercise is not an excuse for eating like crap, nor should exercise be a punishment for anything you ate!
The Best Diets Are Simple But Not Easy
Great nutrition shouldn’t be complicated, but it does need to be consistent. No one can force you to eat healthy foods. Take ownership of your food choices, stay focused on your end goal and commit to your success! And to do that.. you’ve got to somewhat like what you eat!
Knowing Ins’t Doing
Until you start “doing” all the right things with your diet, all the advanced nutrition and training knowledge in the world won’t help you achieve your goals. Implementation is the hard part.
Eat For The Body You Want Not For The Body You Have
Too many people mistakenly believe they eat healthy. The truth of the matter is that if you aren’t currently happy with the way you look, how you feel or how you perform your diet and exercise plan needs work.
Nutrition can feel like a complex subject.. but learning is half the fun! My goal isn’t o have you as a client for life.
Instead, I’d rather you learn how to eat for your goals and your lifestyle and be on your way. Learning to rock it on your own is the main goal.
In order to give my best attention to my clients, I only take a limited number of people at a time. To apply for online nutritional coaching, click here.
